I recently took step 4,5,6 & 7 with my sponsor.

He mentioned he had used your workshop to most recently complete his 4th & 5th, and his advice & guidance was extremely helpful for me. 

I hope you are well in your recovery, you have touched my life in a wonderful way.

I also told my sponsor I’d let you quote me in saying “I tried to make friends with everybody, but I was just a complete dick to them instead.”
